High strength Incoloy800H nickel-based alloy round bar N08810 black bar 10-100mm anti-stress corrosion cracking.
Incoloy 800H is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy and nuclear energy industries. Its chemical composition is primarily nickel, iron and chromium, with small amounts of molybdenum, copper, silicon and other elements.
Incoloy 800H is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy, an improved version of 800 alloy with superior physical and chemical properties:
Ni | Fe | Cr | Al | C |
30.0%-35.0% | ≥39.5% | 19.0%-23.0% | 0.15%-0.60% | 0.15%-0.60% |
Additionally contains small amounts of manganese (≤1.50%), sulfur and phosphorus (≤0.015%). This elemental combination provides exceptional oxidation and corrosion resistance.
