Product Description
NS321 Alloy is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel known for its excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly after exposure to temperatures in the range of 427°C to 816°C (800°F to 1500°F). This alloy is well-suited for applications requiring high-temperature stability and resistance to oxidation and scaling.
Composition
NS321 Alloy primarily consists of:

  • Chromium (Cr): 17 - 19%
  • Carbon (C): ≤ 0.08%
  • Manganese (Mn): ≤ 2%
  • Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.75%
  • Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.045%
  • Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.03%
  • Titanium (Ti): 5x(C+N) min - 0.7%
  • Iron (Fe): Balance
High-Temperature Resistance
