Product Description

Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Its main components include nickel (about 63-70%), copper (about 28-34%), iron (about 2.5%), manganese (about 0.5%), and a small amount of carbon and other trace elements. These components make Monel 400 perform well in various corrosive environments, especially in media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.

Monel 400 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in fluorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and their derivatives. At the same time, it is more corrosion-resistant than copper-based alloys in seawater.
