NM400 Wear-Resistant Steel Plate High Hardness Wear-Resistant Components
Our Wear Resistant Steel Plate is engineered to withstand harsh conditions, offering exceptional durability and extended service life in high-wear applications. Crafted from premium quality steel alloy, it features:
NM400 is wear-resistant steel with a hardness of 400 HBW, as well as high strength and outstanding impact toughness. The enhanced resistance of NM400 enables considerable savings in all heavy applications where a longer lifespan, reduced weights, energy efficiency, and good weldability are required. All NM400 plates are fully killed and fine-grain treated - trimmed on all four edges, shot blasted, and UT tested in accordance with EN10160 S1E1.
NM400 Plates are used in various applications like Civil engineering, buildings, and structures, industrial machinery, edge of loaders in the loader industry, wear-resistant lining plate in the crusher industry, slat type conveyors in colliery mechanical industry, lining plates of coal pulverizer in the power industry, lining plate of hopper for heavy handling truck, and various other applications that require long duration, low weight, high performance, and excellent weldability.
