Product Description
S32750 is a super duplex stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength for harsh environments. Primarily used in marine engineering, chemical processing, oil and gas extraction, and other demanding applications where superior tensile strength and corrosion resistance are required.
Chemical Composition
The chemical composition of S32750 stainless steel includes:

- Operating temperature range is -50 to 250℃, with upper limit not exceeding 300℃ due to brittleness concerns.
- Requires rapid cooling after solution treatment to prevent precipitation of brittle phases.
- Hot processing temperatures must be carefully controlled (minimum 950℃ for standard grades, 980℃ for super duplex).
- Special stress relief treatment considerations are required compared to austenitic stainless steels.
- Welding processes must be carefully controlled with proper line energy, interlayer temperature, and material selection.
- Material selection must consider specific environmental conditions as corrosion resistance is relative to application parameters.
